My son and I on family vacation
I’ve always heard people talking about how fleeting time with their children is. Since having my son, I get it! I had no idea how quickly children change. I didn’t realize they become new people every month -and even every week- during the first few years. I’ve started carrying around a camera to capture my son because I feel in my bones just how precious these moments are. My love for photographing families has grown deeply with this experience!
When we work together, I want to capture authentic moments with your family. I love seeing you in action, playing and being silly. Of course, we’ll also get that perfect shot of you smiling and looking at the camera because I know that’s important too.

I first hired Gina for my maternity shoot when I was pregnant with my daughter. She arrived on time, prepared, and full of creative ideas. We started off with a milk bath. Gina brought a beautiful selection of flowers for the bath; and, even though I was naked and seven months pregnant, Gina put me completely at-ease with her positivity, professionalism and encouragement. Afterward, we shot in multiple locations throughout the house, and later in a field of wildflowers. Throughout the day, Gina was patient and meticulous. It was clear that her priority was to capture beautiful photos of my partner and me during that special time in our lives, right before our child was born. The photos turned out better than we could have imagined...dreamy, ethereal, intimate, gorgeous.
The second time I worked with Gina was a few years later, when my daughter was three. I hired her for a mother-daughter shoot on the beach. As with the maternity shoot, Gina’s talent and professionalism were unmistakable. She was sweet and patient with my daughter, somehow managing to keep her smiling and engaged for hours. Once again, the photos came out beautifully. There is a softness to Gina’s photos. The way she uses light is stunning; and the way she captures love and connection between people is superb.
